This sandwich was like a really good salad stuffed between two slices of wheat bread. It was crunchy, lightly sweet and chewy. It was dressed with a creamy cucumber sauce that was applied in just the right amount and so much better than standard mayo or mustard. The salad was a nice accompaniment that rounded out the meal quite well.
