The Red Lion’s head chef Mike Raisley prepared the Red Lion burger with sweet potato fries and toasted ravioli with house made cheese sauce and marinara. Why is the burger special enough to be the restaurant’s namesake? “It’s the only burger that has other meats in it. We did it to give our customers something different, and it’s something others don’t have.”
