The Shaved Duck has not one, not two... but four chilis to choose from. And there's something for everyone when it comes to how hot you want it. If you like it mild, go with the Ancho beef chili. If you want a little heat, go with the White chili with smoked fresh horseradish. I opted for the second hottest chili - the smoked tomato & smoked pepper. If you really want to scorch your taste buds, go with the cubed beef & sweet corn chili. This one is made with bhut jolokias peppers—the hottest chili peppers in the world, according to the Guinness Book of World Records—and served with a complimentary glass of milk.

Anyway, the chili I got was very good. The mushrooms added a nice finish. I love spicy foods, and this left a perfect amount of heat in my mouth.
