Pulled rib flatbread

This was awesome. That flatbread is wafer thin. The meat and barbecue sauce are smoky, and very tasty. The rib meat is St. Louis-style, so it's a little tougher than baby back rib meat. The cheese, corn, barbecue sauce and meat made this a real winner.
