Schiappa’s is not the easiest place to find in O’Fallon, IL. It is tucked away near a non-descript business park, just south of IL. Hwy 50. However, the place has one of the most serious eating challenges in the metro area. Serious enough that nationally known competitive eaters such as Joey Chestnut and Eater-X participated in the 29” pizza challenge. That earned them a position on the "pizza challenge hall of fame."
