Big Mama’s BB-Q has two locations on the east side; one in Belleville and one at Clinton Hills Golf Course in Swansea, IL. When you look at these dishes, all you can say is “WOW”. A five pound hamburger, a five pound pulled pork sandwich... and what would the St. Louis area be without a 2 pound pork steak? We are the pork steak capital of the nation and Big Mama’s kicks it up to notches never before seen.
