Kitchen K
opened in 2003 on the ground floor of the Merchandise Mart Building, and it’s
been one of Washington Avenue’s most trendy restaurants ever since. The menu
changes all the time, but would be best characterized as international fusion.
You can get a Cuban enchilada for lunch, or come back for dinner and grab one
of the amazing seafood dishes. Before coming to Kitchen K, executive chef
Joshua Norris worked as a private chef for the likes of LL Cool J and Willie
Nelson, to name just a few.
