You are certainly entertained when you eat at Kobe Japanese Grill. The chefs cook your food in front of you - and has fun doing it. Chances are, you'll get a good laugh during the spectacle. The chef starts by lighting the grill...don't lean forward too far, you may singe your eyebrows. If that's not enough, he'll toss food at you, perform tricks, juggle knives...the list goes on. But there's substance to the showmanship...these guys really know how to cook a steak.
