We waited 30 minutes for a table and ordered but after the server had brought us 4 of the 6 meals we were informed that they were out of sushi rice. As a party of 6 we decided to stay so the people who already got their food could eat but it took them 90 minutes (an hour and a half!!!!) to get the last two lunches out to the table. Then the manager refused to discount the affected parties' checks more than 10%. The maki fell apart before I even picked it up with chopsticks. They were out of clean dishes so my roll was squished onto a tea saucer-sized plate. My friend's hot tea was served in a mug with red lipstick around the edge. Horrible 3+ hour experience, I will never go again.
