I recently got word of a new sushi restaurant on South Grand, so naturally, I had to check it out. Cafe Mochi opened about six weeks ago, and I was impressed immediately by the nicely appointed building and the excellent little patio. I was also excited to try the food, as the menu looked very interesting. There are a lot of traditional sushi options, but there are also many more specialty rolls, like the Hawaiian roll or the Godzilla roll. So how did the food stack up at Cafe Mochi?

Hopefully, this place can deliver some good sushi to the St. Louis area. I have felt a little let down by my regular place the last couple of time...
