If you read my blog last week, you know that I was really looking forward to sampling Citygarden's new restaurant, Terrace View. The setting is lovely; think Central Park's Tavern on the Green, only in St. Louis. It's safe to say Citygarden has become a surefire must-visit spot for both tourists and locals. So how does the Terrace View stack up?
