Bravo restaurant is the new eatery at the West County mall. There is an expression in the business that goes like this: "You don't sell the steak, you sell the sizzle." Translated, what will eventually attract people to your place may not be the food, but the atmosphere and the glitz. That is story with Bravo. Still, depending on what you're looking for, there are a few things to like here.
