Guo Bin Chinese Restaurant has been serving some very tasty food for 14 years in University City. And even though the place is open 12 months a year and seven days a week, I have always found a visit to this restaurant on a cold, perphaps snowy night, to be particularily enjoyable. The piping hot tea arrives at the table just about the same time you do.
