Lewy Nine's Café—one of the new restaurants at River City Casino—is billed as a diner. It's not like the diners we‘ve seen in St. Louis over the years. In fact, I am about 100% sure it's the first diner we have had in our town right in the middle of a casino. Lewy Nine's Cafe certainly has diner tendencies, but right now, it's probably too new, too clean and too chic to really be a diner. So how did the food stack up?
