If I were in charge of the world, I would make every restaurant into a tapas restaurant. There really is no better way to eat. Why would you want to eat one gigantic entree when you can have three smaller ones? Variety is the spice of life, and Pat and Ellen Carr figured that out. So in June, they opened up One 19 North Tapas Wine Bar. So how did this place stack up?
