BrickHouse Bistro is in New Town, St. Charles. It is a quaint restaurant with a wraparound bar and bartenders who are constantly shaking martinis. The restaurant opens its doors to the sand volleyball players and fans and entices them with drink specials and a cheap outside grill menu. It welcomes neighbors and local businesses in for lunch and dinner. The restaurant has several flat paneled televisions just in case watching amateur volleyball isn’t your thing. I ordered a few martinis, a few dishes and a heaping dessert.
