Try Eclipse Restaurant located in the Moonrise Hotel in the Delmar Loop. The newest creation is by Joe Edwards, entrepreneur and grandfather to everything cool in the Loop. Eclipse is yet another out of this world endeavor that Edwards made possible. I stopped in one Wednesday afternoon to check out the hip new hangout and grab some lunch with a friend.
