JJ Twig's Pizza and Pub has a tradition dating back more than 50 years. Originally started in a Northern suburb of Chicago, successful pizza shop owner "Pizza Bill" gave JJ's family the recipe to his pizza dough, sauce and Italian sausage. From there the family spent 25 years in the Chicago area perfecting what we know today as the Double Decker pizza. Since opening its doors in 2006, this family-owned pizzeria has thrived in Valley Park, and prides itself on having home-made ingredients freshly made every day.
