I love barbecue restaurants. Anytime I hear of a new one, I go as soon as I can. Lately, I've been hearing about some great barbecue at a restaurant located inside a trailer park, of all places. Some co-workers have talked the place up, and there have been several Metromix users who've commented about this place. So after all of that, I knew I had to head over to Cahokia to try Sawmill Barbeque. So how did this little mom-and-pop place stack up?
