Metromix—along with several other media outlets in town—was recently invited to Terrene for a tasting session. There's one word that sums up what this restaurant is all about, and that word is fresh. Head chef Tello Carreon buys almost all of his ingredients from local farmers, and you can tell. Every item I sampled, from the flatbread, to the salad... the taquito to the fruit buckle, was very fresh.
