Around the world in 80 minutes

First stop... the United Kingdom. Not only does the London Tea Room boast yummy lunches and to-die-for sweets, but you can join the Brits for afternoon tea (by reservation only). Go on, you'll feel like you've hopped across the pond.

Next up... South America. Bacana, one of St. Louis' only Brasilian steakhouses is quickly growing a rep for its tasty Brasilian fare. Sip a Xingu Black and munch on Brasilian cheese bread and lot o' meat-on-a-stick and you'll feel like you've taken a trip to South America without leaving West County.

Now it's off to the Mediterranean. The hummus, gyro and cheese flambe at Momo's are great ... as are the roaming belly dancers. Opah!

Ready to head to the Far East? Lu Lu features yummy Chinese food and one of St. Louis' only Dim Sum options. Also, there's a full store in the women's bathroom. Seriously, while washing your hands you can peruse a selection of jewelry, clothing, home accessories and other treasures.

Put on your liederhosen... you're off to Germany. The Gast Haus is a great place for authentically amazing German food... like schnitzel. The Gast Haus' beer is also second-to-none. Get it cold, then get ready to Polka!
