Vegetarian eating in St. Louis

I've been a vegetarian for almost a decade, so every time I find a restaurant that offers me a meal option I haven't tried before, it's a major discovery. The meat-free offerings at these eateries are tasty enough to satisfy vegans, carnivores and everything in between.

Urban Eats Cafe & Bakery

This place is brand new, offering folks another option for lunch in South City. You can grab pizza, sandwiches, paninis, soups or salads. Urban Eats is located in the historic Liermann Building, which has been around for more than a century.

I'm new to the city, so I'm sure there are a lot of really great vegetarian-friendly places in town I haven't heard of yet. If you have any suggestions, feel free to leave a comment!
