Great time! Glad we came back!

I just finished eating my leftover filet from Fifteen. In fact, I ate my mircowaved leftover filet with a plastic knife!! (plastic knife!!)
Back to the actual dinner itself, though.…we had an unfortunate experience a few months back and decided to give it another try and we’re glad we did. It was night and day! Our server was great and knowledgeable – very attentive. Our food came out as ordered, appropriately timed, and very good! You know, these might seem like little things, but with a group over 4, (ours was a party of 7) it seems to be that very few places get it right and Fifteen hit the nail on the head!! Not to mention we had a couple special requests-we special ordered the calamari with the sauce on the side, no nuts in the appetizer special, a couple steaks on the extra rare side, a couple special side requests, etc and everything came out perfect! We all thought our food was fantastic- we had Wellington bites, the calamari, appetizer special, the salads (although they are big enough to share), filets, strips, ribeye, chicken, crème brulee, chocolate soufflé (although it wasn’t quite “soufflé” in my opinion- a bit more rich cholocate brownie vs molten cake, but still delicious!) Everything was great and we all remarked on how impressed we were this time around!
The manager came by to check on us – a nice touch! - and he said that they’ve made a few changes recently to make things better, both from from a service and food perspective, and I’ll have to say, we’ll be coming back!

First and Last at Fifteen

My husband and I had heard so many good things about Fifteen and were really looking forward to a night out there. Unfortunately, this was our first and final time; from now on we'll just stick to our favorites, Sidney Street and Niche, which both have much nicer atmospheres and better food for the money. The only good thing about the evening was our drinks, which are difficult to mess up, and my husband's salad. After almost 40 min. our food finally arrived. We both ordered the $30 filet, which came ala carte; mine was supposed to be medium rare but came well done; I sent it back immediately. Then I sat for ten minutes while my husband at his well-done steak which was supposed to be medium, but he decided to suffer through his which he regretted. The chef did come to our table an apologize and gave us desserts on the house, which we got to go. When we opened them up later to eat, disappointment set in again. I don't know what they charge for these at the restaurants, but I can guarantee that whatever it is...it's way too much. We got the New York style cheesecake, which was about three bites and the bread pudding which consisted of chunks of bread crumbs half-soaked in some creamy stuff. Both were extremely disappointing...the bread pudding completely unedible. Complete waste of $130.00.

I was a first tim dinner to Jim Edmonds 15 Steakhouse during All Star week in July. The Food was SUPERB! And the service was top notch. So much so that i contacted the event coordinator and had an event for my sorority before a Cardinals game. The restaurant ha a shuttle that runs to Cardinals home games and is free with the purchase of dinner. My sorority sisters kept telling me how great of a time they had and how good the food was, because of their superior customer service and fantastic food i plan on making reservations again soon, i've for sure found my new favorite restaurant!!

Saturday, August 1st was the first time I had been to Fifteen. Everything from the time we walked in to the time we went to the upstairs nightclub was fantastic! Wonderful service, food, and atmosphere. The steaks were delicious and the ribs were so tender! I highly recommend Jim Edmonds 15 Steakhouse!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I had a horrible experience. We had a party of about 20 (reservation) bread came out almost an hour after ordering, salads 20min after that. They ran out of chicken wings but did not inform us til an hour after we ordered. When asking the guy that said he was the owner why would they wait so long to tell us. He debated over what time the order went in. One of his reponses to the question was "what do you want me to do, go across the street borrow some wings and cook them for you" I responded "since you are suggesting this than yes I would like that" he never did that. That was not the end of the service. This was a surprise dinner and party for my birthday and the first time I have ever been to fi5teen. It was a horrible first time experience. I believe the guy was just a manager since I hear the real owner is a baseball player and currently playing
