Oscar's is a quaint cafe near the UMSL campus. Bring your labtop and study or read a book while eating lunch or dinner. Don't be alarmed if you see people wearing jeans and a t-shirt sitting next to people in business attire. Oscar's welcomes everyone. Try its famous Chicken Finger Sandwich which is perfect the college kid on the go or just to bring out the kid in you.
