There's a new kid on the block in Midtown. And by kid, we mean restaurant. Adobe Red's takes over the spot that was once occupied by The U. After The U closed up shop, Adobe Red's moved in. This Southwest / Tex-Mex spot serves up fresh favorites, and has a nice bar - where you can order a specialty margarita or grab an ice-cold beer.
