Kota barbecue duck and wild mushroom quesadilla
This is easily in my top five appetizers of all time. The duck is smothered in a house-made barbecue sauce that is to die for. Along with the smokey flavor of the duck and the earthy flavor of the wild mushrooms, you've got Monterey jack cheese and a cilantro cream dipping sauce. The cilantro cream sauce, which isn't spicy, is the perfect dip for these creative, amazingly flavorful quesadillas. Bravo!
