First Look: New food at Scottrade Center
Scottrade Center has some great new food options available for you before and during Blues games, concerts and whatever else may be going on at the center. Metromix got a first look at the new dishes from top chef Jeffrey Seaborn, and some tasty samples too!
Starting at the Bud Light Ice Zone, they highlight dishes such as buffalo chicken mac n' cheese, chocolate ravioli, fresh grilled fish and other meats, gourmet salads, soups, sweet potatoes, savory breads with dips and artisan cheese, housemade meatballs and much more. They also have an ala carte menu available with options such as sliders, steak quesadillas, and a banana split that is to die for.
Something else new: gluten-free options. You will find special carts around Scottrade that not only feature gluten-free foods, but gluten-free brews as well. So to my friends that can't have gluten- you are in luck at Scottrade.
And there's also great new items at the concessions as well. They've got the 'wow' nachos and pretzel, which are both so big that you'll literally say 'wow'. I'm a huge nachos fan, so of course these are a dish I recommend. Those are also great items to share among friends or lovers because they are quite enormous. Besides those they have great meatball kabobs, unique hot dogs and burgers, and personalized mac n' cheese straight from the skillet.
