Cool, calm and collected is the name of the game at The Bleeding Deacon. You can tell a regular crowd is settling in to this restaurant. With friendly hellos when people enter and exit, The Bleeding Deacon was definitely a hangout I could see myself frequenting with friends. The couple in the booth behind me didn’t even need to look at the menu to order.
