The chef offered this up to us at no charge, and it was very good. The lamb was super tender, and just melted in my mouth. The balsamic marinade was interesting... and almost tasted a bit like soy sauce. The oranges were a nice touch too. This prepared me for my what was to come for me... more lamb!
