This crepe is filled with hickory smoked shrimp, fire roasted corn and avocado, topped with green chile cream sauce. Wow, this was great. It's got a very authentic Southwestern flavor. My companion said it best, when she said "This is what crepes would taste like if France were in the desert." It's Paris meets Phoenix.
