The booze
The family runs a winery (Louis P. Balducci Vineyards), so you know the vino is going to be good. We tried the Sonata. It was a medium sweet white, with just the proper dosage of sugar. It was fresh and really good. We also tried their home made Aria. It's made from their Chambourcin grapes, and was just dry enough and just juicy enough to be outstanding. Are there many restaurants that make their own wine and pasta?
