The Pasta Bravo is the signature pasta dish. The wood-grilled chicken was juicy and tasty. The mushrooms were big and fresh. The sauce was a combination of the red and white; it came out a creamy pink and it did have some flavor. However, in my pasta was a giant garlic clove the size of a dime. I didn't realize it until I bit into it. I don't mind a little garlic, I just don't want to offend everybody I run into for the next three days. Mistakes happen in this business, and that was a big one.
