The other appetizer, the breaded cannelloni, is one of Serra’s best sellers. It's toasted to a golden, tasty brown. The cannelloni is rolled in Italian bread crumbs. Dip it in that Serra's red sauce, and you are going to love it. You don't see this around town very often. It's a lot of labor, but it's a lot of flavor. They cook the vat of sauce every four days.
