Frank's Take: The U
The U is not just a place that college students go when they have the munchies after pounding down some beers. The owner and operator is the tireless one, Adam Kustra. He looks like he is 21 but cooks like he's 51. Kustra, who is actually 29, was trained at the Culinary Institute of America. He has also trained at some of our town's top restaurants. He knows how to cook, and practically everything that comes out of that kitchen has a Kustra flair about it.
