The grub
For this review, I brought along a colleague from Texas to Sawmill Barbeque. He wasn't super impressed with the beef brisket, but I was. While he thought the brisket was a little dry, I thought it was just right. The barbecue sauce really makes this shine. There's a sweet sauce and a hot sauce. Both are full of flavor. The side dish we got with the brisket was awesome - fried macaroni and cheese bites. They're exactly what they sound like: fried, bite-sized nuggets filled with mac & cheese.
