Cheese... is there any food more universally loved? Children love it, adults love it, it’s good cold, it’s great melted and hot, it can be shredded, sliced, powdered, cubed, and even made into a cake. It’s one of my favorite foods and it seems that its versatility is endless. Inspired by some childhood favorites and the cool weather that is upon us right now, I wanted to find St. Louis’s best of the best when it comes to cheese.
