Edgewild Restaurant & Winery, taking over the space in Chesterfield that was once a Bahama Breeze, is set to open on Monday, November 21. This modern and casual restaurant will be serving inventive American cuisine. Why is Metromix excited? It could be because of the more than 20 varietals of wine they will feature under their own label. Or it could be the warm and comfortable restaurant ambiance created by their wine country chic. The atmosphere would be perfect for a romantic date, a girls night out, a 25th birthday celebration, family dinner, or even a business meeting. Or maybe its the fact that this is the 39th restaurant that proprietor Chris LaRocca has opened. That's right; 39. That's an incredible amount of experience. Or how about the spacious tasting bar that is available by the front door for you to taste wines at your leisure, as if you were out in Hermann or Augusta at a winery. And we can't forget to mention the mouthwatering menu, with options such as chardonnay seared scallops, applewood planked salmon, roasted mushroom flatbread, beef tenderloin trio and so much more.
