Sneak peek: Monarch
Metromix got an exclusive, first look inside the newly-renovated Monarch Restaurant. Monarch has consistently been one of the top restaurants in town, but it recently closed for the entire month of July to undergo a transformation. In addition to the modern American fare, executive chef Josh Galliano and the rest of the Monarch team has created a New Orleans-style bistro. The focus for the bistro will be affordability in a relaxed atmosphere. You can dine in shorts and flip flops, and there's plenty on the new menu under $10.
