Mosaic is a great place to go and sample things that you might not regularly try when ordering your own entree. The tapas you will find here are not really the traditional dishes that you might find at Barcelona or Modesto. The Chef does a great job of bringing together different flavors and cuisine styles. I like the flight of soups to start off the meal. It has been my experience that you will get two savory and one sweet. All very good. They have tables on the sidewalk, which gives you an opportunity to people watch, but the decor inside the restaurant is pretty cool. End the meal with bread pudding . . . trust me.
