Authentic Thai cuisine is the specialty at Tong Phoon, a new restaurant in Fairview Heights. The daily lunch specials, served Monday through Friday are becoming very popular and come with soup and a spring roll. The friendly and hospitable owner at Tong Phoon says most people order the Thai fried rice or the pad Thai and like them very much, but her favorite is the Bangkok combination dish.
